Mzansi react to 1st episode of MTV’s Ghosted: Love Gone Missing

MTV’s Ghosted: Love Gone Missing has got South Africans talking and loving it.

The show premiered on Monday, 16 August on channel 130, and ended up trending on Twitter.

The first episode saw hosts Oros Mampofu and Shamiso Mosaka helping the haunted Ms Royaltie to reach out to his friend King Nelly to try and rekindle their friendship.

Their mutual friend Pamela was also brought into the mix to fix the relationship between the haunted and ghost.

But by the time the show ended, viewers said the problem was in fact Pamela, and decided that Ms Royaltie and King Nelly must now ghost her.

While things looked like they were not going to work out between the friends, they ended up fixing their friendship.

People enjoyed the episode and were already looking forward to the next.

It also opened a conversation on what people would do if they were called onto the show.

“Such a great premiere of #GhostedAF. I’m definitely not missing next week’s episode,” wrote Twitter user Zarmaaa.

“Unrelated, but these hosts are perfect for the show,” wrote Zee Right.

Bongani Mkhwanazi wrote: “The drama. I’m here for it. I can’t wait for next week.”

Thendo Muloiwa said: “Listen, if you went to #GhostedAF and said I ghosted you, I will deny, deny and deny. I hope you all understand that I can never be caught sleeping like this.”

Another user Zac Moselane wrote: “If I get a call that I am on Ghosted because instead of talking to me, you went to TV, I’ll ghost you on the show as well as the producers.”
