President Ramaphosa to appear at state capture inquiry

President Cyril Ramaphosa will on Wednesday and Thursday appear before the state capture inquiry.

He will first give evidence in his capacity as the current ANC president and former deputy president of the party.

Afterwards, he will testify in his capacity as the current president and former deputy president of the country.

During his last appearance in May, the president admitted that corruption has negatively affected service delivery.

He also spoke on the step-aside rule, saying it was a fair and common practice.
