Grammy Awards postponed amid Covid-19 concerns

The Grammy Awards have been postponed because of Covid-19 concerns.

The ceremony was due to be hosted by Trevor Noah in Los Angeles on January 31, but the event has now been pushed back amid the recent spike in Covid cases in the US.

A joint statement from the Recording Academy and CBS explained: “After careful consideration and analysis with city and state officials, health and safety experts, the artist community and our many partners, the Recording Academy and CBS have postponed the 64th Annual Grammy Awards Show.
