Early Life
Dan Malesela was born on 27 June 1965 in South Africa. He has been a coach since 2012.
Career
He began his career as a coach of the football team United FC. He managed the club for 17 months (July 2012-December 2013). Malesa moved to Mamelodi Sundown as manager. On July 1, 2015, he was appointed coach of All-Stars left the club on November 26, 2015.
On 3 December 2015, he became the Assistant Manager of Chippa United until 20 March 2016. He was appointed Caretaker Manager of the club on 8 December 2015. He climbed to the position of a manager on 21 March 2016.
Between 21 March 2016 and 1 July 2018, he was hired three times by the club and was sacked the same times. On 3 September 2018, he was appointed the manager of TS Galaxy FC. He stayed as the manager of the club until 20 December 2020.
He returned to Chipper United on 27 December 2020 and managed the club until 4 April 2021. After he left the club, he joined Marumo on 13 November 2021.
During his tenure as the coach of TS Galaxy FC, the football club performed well. He defeated the indomitable team Kaizer Chiefs with a one-nil victory.

Dan Malesela is married and has four children. When he is less busy with football activities, he occupies himself with farm work. He keeps goats and chickens on the farm his father left him. The farm is close to Klipvoor Dam in Brits, North West.
