Rapper Tory Lanez was handcuffed and taken into custody Tuesday after he was found in violation of a protective order in the felony assault case involving the alleged shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
Lanez, 29, whose legal name is Daystar Peterson, was handcuffed in a Los Angeles courtroom after Superior Court Judge David Herriford “found sufficient evidence that he violated the order of protection,” Megan’s attorney Alex Spiro said in a statement to USA TODAY.
