Halala: SA Choreographer Bontle Modiselle bags Guinness World record

Amapiano sensation Bontle Modiselle has just set a new record in the music space as confirmed by the Guinness World Book of Records.

Modiselle has announced her most recent accomplishment, as she became a legitimate Guinness World Record holder for her exceptional talents.

Guinness World Records is a source of record-breaking accomplishments and the original Guinness Book of Records began as an idea for a book of facts to settle disputes in pubs.

Modiselle was awarded the certificate to confirm that she holds the record for the Largest Amapiano Dance choreography, an unprecedented accomplishment for the young South African.

Modiselle shared the news on social media and paid gratitude to everyone who believed in her and supported her.

“We’re Official Guinness World Record Holders for: The Largest Amapiano Dance, Choreographed by yours truly, performed Synchronised at the same time. Achieved on @stumbosa Record Breakers,” she said on Instagram.

“Wow! We did it @quintusjansen! Thank you so much for trusting me with this. A true honour! Shout-out to my bro @alfakat__ on the fire production of the music. Thank you to @tllhogi_m & @kananelo_n_ who were my amazing support – I’m blessed and happy to share moments with you two.

“To every dancer who came and showed up, thank you for making it all possible. It would have been nothing without you. This is an incredible moment for South African Dance History to be cherished forever! God engineering!”

@StumboSA said:

@Thabang wrote:

“Congratulations sister Bontle.”

Meanwhile, Entertainment SA recently reported that American rapper and Grammy-nominated star Fat Joe revealed his love for South Africa and says he has been following South African music such as Amapiano.

Fat Joe also addressed matters around suicide while also paying his tribute to the late musician, Riky Rick who committed suicide in February.

Speaking to a local publication, Joe said people should reach out to family members or friends when dealing with serious issues rather than committing suicide.
