As the new signing was recently reported on by Entertainment SA, Kaizer Chiefs have finally unveiled their new striker Christian Saile Basomboli.
The lanky Cameroon striker has arrived at the club’s base in Naturena and was officially unveiled on Wednesday afternoon.
ESA reported that Amakhosi confirmed Saile’s signing just before facing Mamelodi Sundowns last weekend, a game they went on to lose via a 1-0 scoreline.
Heading to Twitter, the Soweto bigshots welcomed the hitman but it seems there are contrasting reactions to their new recruit.
Basomboli joins coach Arthur Zwane’s side from Zambian top-flight side Nchanga Rangers, and the 22-year-old has penned a three-and-a-half-year deal at Naturena.

The Glamour Boys family will hope to see Saile in action for the first time in Chiefs colours as they welcome Royal AM at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
