Two alleged stalkers of Kelly Clarkson have been given restraining orders.
Victor Fernandez and Huguette Nicole Young have been ordered to keep at least 100 yards away from the “Breakaway” singer and her children, River, eight, and Remington, six, whom she shares with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, for the next five years, according to TMZ.
The couple are reported to have disrupted Clarkson’s Los Angeles home on multiple times, with Fernandez paying three trips alone on Thanksgiving last year.
According to Michael Lopez, the 40-year-old talk show host’s head of security, the man first arrived in a truck and peered over the gate into Clarkson’s yard, before returning in the same vehicle and a third time on foot, during which visit he allegedly rang the doorbell and said he was there to see the “American Idol” winner.
Fernandez allegedly returned on foot on December 3, looking “irritated and confused” and telling employees that Clarkson had directed him to meet her there.
He allegedly told them, “This is the second time she has done this … unless I am speaking to a scammer or something.”
The security guard said the man photographed Clarkson’s nanny driving the car with the children inside.
Meanwhile, Young is alleged to have visited the residence over 20 times over a few years, frequently leaving gifts and other stuff at the gate, and the “Because of You” singer said she had received fan letters from her since 2009.
Clarkson received a temporary restraining order against Young last month, but then filed a second lawsuit alleging that Young had continued to drive over her property in the early morning hours.
