Makhadzi says her social media was hacked, dispels break-up rumours

Following some controversial social media posts, musician Makhadzi says her social media accounts were hacked.

The award-winning muso, Makhadzi, headed online and said her accounts are now back but it seems some social media users are not buying her story.

Taking to her Twitter timeline, the Limpopo-born musician said her account was back in her hands after it was “hacked”.

The Twitter post asked women with beautiful bodies to call a number shared on the post. It has since been deleted and the Ghanama hitmaker said she was shocked.

“Guys, I was also shocked about the post. Someone hacked my account. I finally got my account back,” she tweeted.

Her post comes days after her lover Master KG posted what is now deleted on Facebook, revealing they broke up and are only focusing on work.

Posting on Facebook in a now-deleted status, Master KG wrote: “It is sad to say this but me and my queen Makhadzi [are] no longer in a relationship but we continue working together to entertain our lovely fans going forward. Thank you”.

@Zoe reacted:

“Who is tweeting on your behalf? Where are your normal tweets that have no punctuation and a few dire grammatical errors that we’ve come to love? Please come back.”

@Zendaya said:

“Not to say I’ll never be hacked but how does it work? They hack your phone to send a post and then unhack immediately when done? No leaking of your DMs even… they just wanna deliver a message.”

@GodIsgreat said:

“We’re not from Venda, we know your handwriting and English.”

The pair have had an on-and-off relationship for the past three years and in May last year, Makhadzi took to her Facebook timeline to share a snap of a report about them breaking up, claiming it was “fake news”.
