‘This time it’s to infinity’: Kefilwe Mabote  off the market

Kefilwe Mabote, an influencer, has announced her marriage to her unknown spouse on Instagram.

Kefilwe Mabote, an award-winning influencer and stylist, announced on Instagram that she has married a mysterious man and is officially off the market.

The influencer, who is extremely discreet about her love life, did not provide much specifics about her marriage, but she did show her fans a taste of her lobola discussions.

On Thursday, January 19, Kefliwe tweeted a charming montage of herself inside a kraal, showing off her lobola cows. In the video, she wears a stunning blue outfit with a headwrap and completes the ensemble with a blanket wrapped around her shoulders to signify that she is now officially umakoti. She is also spotted wearing her wedding ring! She titled the post.

“03•01•2023 ….This time it is to infinity ♾ 🐄. I remember God’s teachings vividly, stumbling across Psalm 37:4 which read: “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”

Several of her industry colleagues and fans congratulated her and wished her a lifetime of happiness in her marriage.

“I couldn’t be happier for you sis, you are so deserving,” wrote @zama_qwabeh.

“Congratulations angel love, light and eternal happiness,” wrote Minnie Dlamini.

“Congratulations love. I wish you eternal happiness,” wrote @gertjohancoetzee.

Kefilwe was alleged to be in a relationship with infamous ANC tenderpreneur Edwin Sodi around 2020. In 2020, the businessman gained news for his suspected involvement in a corruption scam involving an asbestos audit contract for 36000 low-cost dwellings in the Free State, which was advanced by the Department of Human Settlements in 2014.

According to Sowetan Live, Sodi was detained on corruption accusations and his assets were taken by the Hawks. Kefilwe was then pulled into Sodi’s alleged corruption problems and accused of living ‘softly’ as a result of the tycoon’s alleged misconduct. Following the social media criticism, the influencer cancelled their relationship and moved out of Sodi’s Bryanston house, according to Sunday World.

She then turned to social media to celebrate her newfound freedom. “Good evening, fellow Singletons… Being alone? A lovely journey! “I had to rediscover myself – my desires, dislikes, and non-negotiables.” And what about myself? “After finishing my mourning period, I’m diving back into work,” she captioned an Instagram post.
