Da Brat and her wife Jesseca Harris-Dupart are getting more congrats after holding a gender reveal party this weekend.
On Saturday, Da Brat and her wife turned to Instagram to share a photo and declare that it was their “Gender Reveal Day.” Both women wore pink and blue clothes in the shot. Da Brat was dressed in a blue and pink letterman jacket, pink pants, and two-tone hair. Harris-Dupart wore a blue maxi dress with a pink Valentino belt.
Dupart also had a half-up, half-down hairstyle.
Moreover, both ladies presented a single question to all of their Instagram followers.
“Gender Reveal Day What y’all think it is #TeamBoy #TeamGirl”
In a subsequent Instagram video, the women can be seen standing arm in arm as they begin the countdown with their ecstatic guests. The camera moves over to display the countdown on the television in front of them. The numbers on the screen are repeated by the visitors.
Finally, the countdown has ended.

The pair then lovingly hugged as blue confetti began to rain from the sky.
Dupart-Harris tagged her wife Da Brat in a caption alongside a video of the event.
Celebrities and fans of Da Brat and Dupart-Harris flocked to the video’s comment section to share their congratulations for the couple. Actor Keshia Knight Pulliam shared a comment.

One fan even shared that she accurately predicted the gender of the couple’s first child.

As previously reported by The Shade Room, Da Brat and Judy Harris-Dupart announced their pregnancy in February. The couple announced their pregnancy with an exclusive maternity pictorial with PEOPLE.
Da Brat, 48, stated that she had not expected to have a child.
“I never thought I was going to have kids. I just thought it wasn’t in the cards for me. I’ve had a great career, a full life. I felt like, because I didn’t get pregnant earlier on, then it just wasn’t going to happen for me.”
According to The Shade Room, Da Brat was already a stepparent to Jesseca’s three children and revealed that the couple planned to conceive their own after marrying in February 2022. Moreover, the 48-year-old stated that the couple’s love gave her a new perspective on life, which led to their mutual wish to have a child together.
