Rapper and TV personality, Nomuzi Mabena, recently opens up about her anxiety struggles. Nomuzi’s year started in a very gloomy way, as she lost close pals AKA and Costa Titch.
Nomuzi took to her Instagram stories to share how she’s been battling with anxiety and how terribly the death of her close friends affected her.
“I woke up feeling so anxious this morning, two months since Kiernan died. One month since Costa died and now I’ve got a cousin who is critically ill, Nomuzi shared.
“This year has been an endless episode of “What the f*ck are we gonna tell the kids?!”
She continued, “Every time I start to wrap my head around one thing something else comes and knocks if off my shoulders. Every month is a life-altering situation closely preceded or followed by a heart-shattering loss. It’s relentless. This morning’s devotion came right on time,”
Nomuzi shown her resilience by hosting AKA’s memorial service in February. She was also in the forefront of ensuring that the late rapper’s memory and legacy go on alongside AKA’s close friends and family. The rapper is one of DJ Zinhle’s close friends and had a strong friendship with the late rapper AKA.
Nadia Nakai took to social media to praise Nomuzi and her strength, in a tweet she wrote
“Let me tell you about Nomuzi Mabena, she has been holding down people, families and legacies, even when her heart is breaking … what a golden human being! I wish I knew her and her heart a long time ago … she’s done so much with no praise, showed up and showed out.”
Recently, Nadia also shared her struggles in accepting the death of AKA, taking to her Instagram she shared how she wishes she never met AKA and never experience his love.
