Kim Kardashian broke her silence on her public dispute with her ex-husband Kanye West, and her split from Pete Davidson during the premier of The Kardashians new season.
Kim shared why she’s been so quiet and not acting against Kanye, Kim shared that, “There’s been a lot going on with Kanye right now. Things are going on in the media — radio shows and interviews,” she said at the very end of the episode. “Even through all the craziness of everything that Kanye says about us, I never comment, I never post. He has made up the most insane narrative about [Kris] and the [sex] tape. We stay silent through all the lies, all the stuff.”
“I think at this point I just assume everything I text Kanye is going to be put on the internet,” she added. “I think I can handle anything. I just get really heartbroken for my mom, that she has to deal with so much.”
Kanye accused Kris Jenner of encouraging his and Kim’s then four- and nine-year-old daughters, Chicago and North to participate in “playboy and sex tapes” in the future.
The rapper and businessman went on to slam Kim’s parenting style accusing her of playing games.
“Don’t let Kris make you do playboy like she made Kyle [Kylie Jenner] and Kim do,” he wrote on his Instagram, referring to Kim’s infamous 2007 sex tape with Ray J. The same year that the tape was released, Kris heavily encouraged Kim to pose nude for Playboy in a now-viral episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Kanye continued, “Hollywood is a giant brothel, Pornography destroyed my family. I deal with the addiction. Instagram promotes it. Not gonna let it happen to Northy and Chicago.”
Kanye then leaked private text messages between him, Kim and Kris. In a text Kim is begging Kanye to stop posting on social media, where Kanye replied with “No. We need to talk in person. You don’t have say so of where the kids go to school. Why you get say say. Cause you half white?”
In another text between Kanye and Kim, the text shows Kris asking Kim to ask Kanye to stop mentioning her name.
“From my mom- PLEASE Tell him to please stop mentioning my name, I’m almost 67 years old and I don’t always feel great and this stresses me to no end.” Ye replied, “Y’all don’t have so so over my black children and where they go to school. They will not do playboy and sex tapes. Tell your Clinton friends to come get me. I’m here.”
