South African actress Joyce Skefu has revealed shocking details regarding her struggles with mild stroke.
The veteran actress says she is grateful for the support from her fans and that God knew about her condition before it even happened.
In an Instagram post, the woman known for her roles on Scandal and Muvhango said she missed her work.
“Hello loves, I miss you, miss work, miss the period before Covid, this shows that life has many surprises as we journey to eternity, can you believe that as our Spirit matures so is the world,” she wrote.
She added in her post that many will not see these coins and their value (she posted old South African coins), and revealed that the Lord knew about it before.
The latest update comes after the seasoned actress posted earlier this year, shared a picture on Instagram indicating she wanted to express her gratitude for the support that she has received.
She said she is grateful to all those who hold her in support of her recovery in thoughts and prayer.
Meanwhile, Entertainment SA has gathered that another Mzansi actress that recently suffered a stroke is Giyani: Land of Blood actress Zinhle Mavasa.
Entertainment Commentator Phil Phela broke the news on social media saying Mavasa was left struggling to speak, read and write.
Mphela said he has just received news that actress and Giyani Land Of Blood star, Zinhle Hamalani Mavasa, has suffered a stroke attack.
The condition has left her with no ability to speak, write & read impaired, saying the mother and her family are asking for prayers as she recovers.
Skefu and Mavasa’s news comes after that of award-winning musician Lira, who is also recovering from a stroke she suffered while in Germany a year ago.
