Actress Asavela Mngqithi, now going by the last name Mqokiyana, has revealed that she is pregnant.
Taking to her socials, former Isibaya actress also thanked her husband for the support that he has given her during the pregnancy. “To my husband, every step of this pregnancy has been easier because of how helpful and caring you are”. – she captioned her post.
Sharing some snaps on her Insta stories, the Mama to be captioned her belly bump photos “chicks are hatching.”
Asavela has been officially off the market for over a year now, and so far she is looking very happy. “I officially became Mrs Mqokiyana. Emzini bathe ndingu kwande umdeni , uthando ne Mpilo.” – she said when she made her marriage announcement.
Sharing the pregnancy news, she said this is “the best thing she’s ever done”. She added by saying “I can’t wait to meet you. Taking you to set was kinda scary, but with all the risk assessments the team Bomb Productions put in place, I feel confident and happy to introduce you to the world.”
The actress also took time to thank Bomb Productions for their continuous support and urged all the mothers [new and pregnant] to stay safe, healthy and strong.
