Actress Lindsay Lohan welcomed her first child with her husband Bader Shammas. The coupled welcomed a baby boy, the news was confirmed by Lohan’s representative to PEOPLE on Monday, 17th July.
The outlet revealed the baby is named, Luai, which is an Arabic name meaning “shield of protector.”
Speaking to PEOPLE, the rep said, “Lindsay Lohan and her Financier husband, Bader Shammas, welcomed a beautiful, healthy son named Luai. The family is over the moon in love”.
The Mean Girl actress announced her pregnancy in March on her Instagram. The picture was captioned, “coming soon”, the picture read, “We are blessed and excited! ????????????????”
Speaking to Allure last month, the Freaky Friday actress said she couldn’t wait to become a mom.
“I can’t wait to see what the feeling is and what it’s like to just be a mom,” Lohan told the outlet. “Happy tears. That’s just who I am. Though now, it’s probably baby emotion. It’s overwhelming in a good way,” she told Allure.
