Jaden Smith just turned 25 and his father, Will Smith, took it upon him to tease his son for not having any kids.
“Happy Birthday, J-Diggy. It’s crazy that you’re 25?!?! When I was 25 I had a 2 yr. old,” the King Richard star, 54, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, July 8. “I’m just sayin’… Wha’s up? What you doin’ over there?”
Will welcomed his first kid in 1992, Trey Smith with ex-wife Sheree Zampino. The two continue to coparent together. Will later got married to Jada Pinkett Smith in 1997 and welcomed two kids together, Jaden and Willow Smith.
Will’s followers couldn’t help but tease him back about how eager he seems to be a granddad.
One follower said, “Our generation waiting til we grown ass adults before kids lol”
While another one said, “Will wants grandkids. People wait til 40 to have kids now????”
Jada also shared a tribute to mark her son’s 25th birthday. She posted a black-and-white picture of her younger self kissing baby Jaden.
“Happy 25th Birthday my sweet, sweet Jaden!,” the Red Table Talk host wrote via Instagram.
