Zozi Tunzi is strongly developing her brand as a TV presenter lately, and now she is set to take on one of the biggest entertainment stages in South Africa, alongside the legendary TV presenter, Lawrance Maleka.
The two stars will be hosting the annual South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs 17).
The awards are set to take place on the 30th of September, and the former presenter for ‘Crown Chasers’ took to her Instagram page to share the news, and she captioned her post by saying: “I’m happy to announce that I’ll be your official Host for the @saftassa #SAFTA17 alongside the talented @sirlawrencemaleka.”
The organisers also went on to give a nod with a social media post, and wrote: “Ladies and gentlemen, your SAFTAs17 hosts are Zozibini Tunzi and Lawrence Maleka. The SAFTAs team is excited and ready to bring you an entertaining show on 30 September 2023 at 20:00 on S3 and Mzansi Magic (channel 161). It’s a date!”
