Just as Gabriel Temudzani has re-joined “Muvhango” as Azwindini Mukwevho, Kunene is making a triumphant return. This month, Kunene bid farewell to his role on e.tv’s hit show “House of Zwide,” opting for a brief respite from the frenetic pace of television. But come August, fans will see him light up their screens once more on SABC 1.

Casting Director Russel Savadier said: “One of the great lingering questions on ‘Generations: The Legacy’ is finally getting answered – ‘Is he dead, or isn’t he?’ I’m as delighted as anyone that he’s alive and well and returning in dramatic fashion to our show.
