“It’s True”: Cassper Nyovest Responds After Thobeka Majozi Revealed He Cheated During Their Son’s Cancer Battle

Thobeka Majozi, the mother of Cassper Nyovest’s son, Khotso, recently set Instagram on fire with a deeply emotional post, and spilled the tea on a painful chapter of her life. In a candid birthday reflection, Majozi revealed that while their son was battling cancer, she allegedly discovered that the famous rapper had cheated on her with his now-wife, Pulane Mojaki.

Cassper Nyovest, born Refiloe Phoolo, married his childhood friend Pulane in a traditional wedding in April 2024. However, Majozi’s shocking revelation says there was more to the story behind their love than met the public eye. She shared that her son, Khutso, was diagnosed with cancer at just eight months old, marking the start of a two-year struggle spent in an oncology hospital. During this heart-breaking time, while caring for her son, Majozi claims she was hit with yet another blow, her partner’s alleged infidelity.

“In the depth of fighting cancer, I was hit with a curveball of infidelity. The woman knew me, knew my son’s condition, and made no mistake flaunting their relationship,” Majozi wrote in the post, pouring out her pain. She admitted that her trust was shattered, feeling betrayed by someone who could hurt her during the most vulnerable period of her life. But despite the personal heartbreak, her priority was clear: Khutso’s health came first.

Now celebrating her 32nd birthday, she expressed her gratitude for the strength she’s gained. “This birthday hits different,” she wrote. “The last few years have been something, and looking back now, I’m filled with gratitude. Who would’ve thought I’d be here? Not in pieces, but in peace.”

Through the challenges, Majozi turned to faith, finding solace in her relationship with God. “I gave my life to Jesus. I entered the era of isolation. He worked my character, renewed my mind, and restored my heart,” she shared, ending her post with a message of hope. “I’m fully in my Jesus girl era, walking in love and forgiveness. Most days are better than others. Yet peace remains.”

Cassper Nyovest Confirms

The rapper took to social media this morning, and expressed his side of the story, and he confirmed that Majoz’s story was true.

“I have always maintained my silence because I believe Khutso deserves to have both his parents have a good relationship. But this is just too much now,” Cassper wrote. He went on to claim that Majozi’s narrative wasn’t reflective of the truth, stating: “I would never cheat on a woman who’s in pain. I’m a flawed man, but this is not me.”

Cassper emphasized his desire to protect his son from the public drama. “At the end of the day, Khutso is all that matters. I will continue to pray for him and hope for his good health, as I have always done.”

Though the situation remains complicated, Majozi’s post has undoubtedly resonated with many, as her story of faith, love for her child, and personal resilience continues to inspire others facing their own challenges.
