Kanye West Accused of Drugging and Assaulting Former Assistant

In yet another shocking chapter of Kanye West’s increasingly turbulent career, the 47-year-old rapper has been hit with disturbing new allegations. West, no stranger to controversy following his inflammatory outbursts and a string of lawsuits, now finds himself facing claims of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, during a recording session hosted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

According to court papers recently filed by Pisciotta, who is also a popular OnlyFans model, the incident allegedly took place at a music session in Santa Monica, California. In her complaint, Pisciotta claims that West had a drink prepared for her, which she later realized had been laced with an unidentified drug.

As she sipped the drink, Pisciotta says she began to feel “disoriented,” eventually losing control of her body and speech. The following morning, she woke up feeling ill and overcome with “immense shame,” unable to recall exactly what had transpired the previous night.

Pisciotta’s lawsuit, filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on October 8, alleges that West’s involvement in the incident only became clear to her much later. The filing states that West later admitted they had “kind of hooked up a little one time,” referring to the night in question.

At the time of the alleged assault, West was still married to reality star Kim Kardashian, though she is not mentioned in Pisciotta’s legal complaint. However, Pisciotta alleges that Kardashian had accused West of having an affair with her, which ultimately led to West’s confession about what had taken place during the recording session.

This latest accusation against West only adds to his already extensive list of legal troubles. Over the past few years, the rapper has faced numerous lawsuits, many filed by former employees who have alleged everything from wrongful termination to a toxic work environment, particularly in the aftermath of his widely condemned anti-Semitic comments.

Pisciotta had previously sued West for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, but the new court filings reveal the full extent of her claims, alleging drugging and sexual assault during the fateful recording session.

In the lawsuit, Pisciotta admits that for a long time, she didn’t fully understand what had happened to her that night. Initially, she believed she had simply been “roofied” by a studio assistant and blamed herself for the incident. It wasn’t until her conversation with West and his startling confession that she began to piece together the truth.

As these allegations come to light, West’s name has once again become a trending topic on social media, with many expressing shock and dismay at the unfolding events. Given the seriousness of the accusations, the case is expected to draw significant media attention, especially as Pisciotta seeks justice for what she describes as a traumatic and life-altering experience.

While West has not publicly responded to the lawsuit, this latest legal challenge could further tarnish his already damaged reputation. Once a towering figure in the music and fashion industries, West’s recent scandals have cast a dark shadow over his legacy.

Pisciotta’s filing underscores the emotional and reputational harm she has endured, stating: “Still to that day, up until that conversation and the revelations of true facts and actions taken that night, Plaintiff did not know or think she was sexually assaulted that night.”
