Diddy Faces New $10 Million Sexual Battery Lawsuit!

Sean “Diddy” Combs, finds himself in yet another storm of legal controversy. A $10 million sexual battery lawsuit filed on Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court paints a scary picture of alleged abuse, adding to an already shaky year for the hip-hop icon.

The complaint, brought by Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, accuses Combs of shocking acts of violence, including dangling her from a 17-story-high balcony and slamming her into patio furniture during a September 2016 incident. According to the filing, the alleged attack occurred at the apartment of Cassie Ventura, Combs’ then-girlfriend.

“Mr. Combs’ outrageous and abhorrent conduct violated Ms. Bongolan’s fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety,” the lawsuit claims. It further details a pattern of threats and intimidation that Bongolan says characterized her interactions with Combs from the moment they met.

The claims bear eerie similarities to the allegations made by Cassie Ventura, who settled her own explosive lawsuit against Combs in November 2023. That case drew headlines for its allegations of abuse, manipulation, and coercive behaviour over the course of their relationship.

Diddy’s legal team is pushing back, as expected. “As we have shared previously, anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have,” they stated. “Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims.”

This latest lawsuit comes as Combs struggles to regain his life back. Earlier this week, his request for bail was denied for the third time. Judge Arun Subramanian cited evidence suggesting a “serious risk of witness tampering,” mentioning incidents involving text messages allegedly sent to a key witness, a subpoenaed escort connected to Combs’ infamous “freak-offs.”

The judge also raised concerns about Combs’ inability to comply with restrictions, including conducting unauthorized three-way phone calls and misusing other inmates’ phone access codes.
