Jessica Alba and Cash Warren End Their Marriage After 16 Years

It’s official: Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have filed for divorce, just weeks after announcing their split.

The couple, who had been married for nearly 17 years, made the end of their relationship formal on February 7, with legal documents revealing that “irreconcilable differences” are the reason for the breakup.

The pair, who share three children—Honor (16), Haven (13), and Hayes (7)—have filed matching divorce petitions, noting their separation date as December 27, 2024.

Despite the end of their marriage, sources told TMZ that the divorce is “extremely amicable,” with both Alba and Warren requesting joint legal and physical custody of their children.

As for the financial side of things, the couple reportedly did not have a prenuptial agreement, meaning they will now need to navigate the division of assets, including Alba’s Honest Company and Warren’s Pair of Thieves company.

Alba, 43, confirmed the split publicly on Instagram on January 16, explaining that the decision was part of a larger personal growth journey.

“I’ve been on a journey of self-realisation and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote.

“I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years, and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
