Limpopo rapper Shebeshxt is back in the headlines, but once again, it’s for all the wrong reasons. A video circulating on social media shows the controversial artist, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, involved in a heated altercation in an entertainment venue.
In the footage, Shebeshxt is seen visibly frustrated as he engages with another individual. While the conversation is hard to make out due to unclear audio, the rapper’s actions speak volumes. He unzips his Nike jacket and pulls out a large object, which appears to be a knife, before lunging it towards the person he’s confronting.
The video has quickly sparked outrage online, with many questioning Shebeshxt’s behaviour and whether it will have legal consequences. Known for his rebellious and often controversial public persona, the rapper’s latest incident is drawing criticism from both fans and detractors.
