The state capture inquiry will continue hearing Bosasa related evidence from senior ANC MP Vincent Smith.
Smith and several senior ANC members were implicated in former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi’s testimony.
Agrizzi told the commission Smith was paid hundreds of thousands of rand.
Smith confirmed some payments but says they were personal loans. The now-defunct Bosasa netted billions from government contracts for years.
The company made headlines in 2009 after a Special Investigating probe found it had bribed correctional services senior officials to gain billions in tenders.
The report was handed over the NPA but only after Agrizzi spilled the beans it started acting on the matter.
