COVID-19: National State of Disaster extended

Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has extended the National State of Disaster by a month.

Lockdown will now continue until 15 November 2020. The extension, Dlamini-Zuma says, allows the government to put plans in place to prevent a second wave of COVID-19 infections.
