South African singer, Elaine has been nominated for the Viewer’s Choice: Best New International Act at this year BET Awards.
She was nominated alongside some international acts such as Arlo Parks from the UK, French singer Bramsito, Bree Runway from the UK, Mc Dricka from Brazil, French singer Ronisia and Nigeria’s Tems.
Taking to social media, the singer said: “Patience is virtue, the heart works best when humble & God is faithful.
