Ntsiki Mazwa has lost yet another defamatory case, and this time it is against Dj Euphonik.
The High Court in Johannesburg on Thursday, March 10 made a final determination in the matter, and rule in favour of Euphonik, with costs.
The case is based on Mazwai’s utterances on social media when he called Euphonik a rapist.
This all happened two years ago when Fresh and Euphonik approached the courts in March last year seeking an interdict against Ntsiki forbidding her from making further defamatory utterances about him on social media and generally.
