Tomorrow is Christmas and families are enjoying some much needed quality time. Now, it can never be a good time without some essentials. These are the things you are absolutely going to need to be able to fully enjoy the big day tomorrow.
Let’s dive right into it. This can be used as your guide to having a great day tomorrow.
Speaker. This is a must-have. Speakers make or break the vibe at any party/ gathering. If there is no music then the gathering hasn’t began yet. When the music plays, then you’re ready to go. Having a speaker, especially because we live in a country where Eskom will embarrass you in front of people. Speaker equals music which equals fun.
Watermelon. This is another must-have item at your gatherings. This item says you’re reached the end of the long table filled many different kinds of food.
Camp chairs. You need these for convenience. They are affordable and they are movable if it rains, you take the gathering inside with your chair intact.
Ice cubes. From juices to adult beverages, ice is a must have in this heat.
Braai meat. Nothing says the party is on like a good plate of braai meat. There is nothing as sizzling as the sound of meat on the braai while the speaker comes in handy in the background.
The drinks. Please ensure you drink responsibly. We don’t want you causing a scene and being remembered as the person who almost spoiled Christmas.
The food. I’m taking seven colored salads, cool drinks, pap, meat, snacks, home baked cookies. Eat up and don’t even feel bad about it. We’ll work on the gym body next year.
Family. Use this time to catch up with family members. Who is going to what school next year. Who is getting divorced. Who is having another baby. This time is special because you get to see family members who live far come together to spend a day together. It’s a big deal. Treat it as one.
Once you have these, you’re all set up t have yourself a good ol’ time. Merry Christmas everyone.
