The celebrity news world has been buzzing since Monday after Chrisean Rock, the 24-year-old entertainer, was dramatically arrested on a felony fugitive warrant. Rock’s entrance into a San Fernando Valley courthouse with her infant son quickly turned into a media spectacle.
According to TMZ, five officers from the Los Angeles Police Department were already stationed at the courthouse, waiting for her arrival. The moment she stepped in, the officers went in, handcuffing Rock and taking her into custody. Her nine-month-old son, Chrisean Jr., was also taken by the authorities, though the current whereabouts of the child remain unclear. His father, rapper Blueface, is currently behind bars serving out a jail sentence.
According to law enforcement sources, the arrest warrant stems from a felony fugitive charge out of Oklahoma. Additionally, she is facing an assault with a deadly weapon charge. Rock, who has been in the spotlight for her fiery personality and reality TV escapades, was reportedly attending a court hearing for Blueface when the arrest occurred.
TMZ footage captured Rock’s entrance into the courthouse, pushing her son in a stroller. The same footage shows her being escorted out in handcuffs, flanked by two officers. When questioned about her arrest, a bewildered Rock exclaimed, “This is crazy!”
