Architectural Greatness at The Louis Vuitton Paris FW ’26 Show

Pharrell Williams showcased the Louis Vuitton Menswear Fall/Winter ’26 collection at Paris Fashion Week last night, and it was memorable event with appearances by the likes of USHER, SZA, Quavo, John Legend, and Skepta. Aside from the sleek, timeless and corporate-Esque pieces, the architecture featured in the set design is worth acknowledging.

In the middle of the venue, a fully furnished contemporary home served as a centerpiece. Created as part of a collaboration with design firm NOT A HOTEL, the models brought the garments to life around the prefabricated statement piece in the centre of the venue and its guests.

The home is glass-walled, leaving the interior design vulnerable to speculation. The project is labelled “DROPHAUS” and according to a statement released by the brand it can be described as, “…the collection’s idea of timelessness in architectural form: a vision of future living built on function, savoir-faire and human need”.

Set indoors at the Fondation Louis Vuitton yet enveloped by a lush, plant-lined garden, the show blurred the boundary between interior and exterior. Models wearing the new men’s collection traced the home’s glass walls, moving through the greenery before coming to rest inside the space. At the heart of the structure sat a series of site-specific furniture pieces, collectively titled HOMEWORK, created exclusively for the presentation.

The home comprised of custom furniture pieces that set the tone for what the structure represents.

The show’s set underscored Williams’ longstanding connection to architecture and design, approached through a distinctly non-traditional lens. “Pharrell’s architectural approach is shaped by an outsider’s design mindset—working from first principles rather than convention,” the brand said in a statement. “Unbound by the inherited rules of any single discipline, he treats fashion, architecture and sound as open systems to be reimagined, recombined and re-engineered around feeling, function and cultural resonance.”
