Media personality and fashion influencer Sarah Langa took a moment on Instagram to reflect on a major milestone: completing her fourth academic qualification. With a mix of humour, honesty, and pride, she shared insights from her journey—a path paved with long nights, tough lessons, and undeniable resilience.
Langa revealed that she now holds three degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and one from the British Academy of Interior Design. Among her accolades is a Golden Key Award, a prestigious academic honour, but also, as she joked, “a brain cell or two I may never get back,” admitting that “MBAs are not built for the weak-minded.”
But it was this final qualification from Wits that she called the most special of them all—not for its prestige, but for what it demanded of her. “It almost made me lose my mind,” she confessed, “but it taught me some of the toughest lessons on hard work, leadership, time, relationships, networking, and most importantly, resilience.”
In true Sarah fashion, she added a tongue-in-cheek twist: “Listen, we made it. Safe to say it really is the divorce degree,” referencing the emotional toll and intense dedication that MBAs are known for.
