Nearly 600 more COVID-19 infections have been reported in the last 24 hours in South Africa. But active cases continue to decline.
They’re currently at just 22,302, down by nearly 300 from the previous day. Sadly, 85 more people have succumbed to the virus, bringing the total death toll to 52, 196.
